We collect only what we need to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email, company, role, company size, who referred you, and any message.
- When you book a call: the details you give our scheduling tool, Calendly.
- How you found the site: the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link.
- How the site is used: pages visited and buttons clicked, through Google Analytics. This uses cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you, send the assessment you asked for, or prepare for your call.
- To send occasional emails, only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages help people and improve the site.
Who else handles it
We use a small set of tools to run the business: HubSpot for contacts, Calendly for scheduling, Google Analytics for site statistics, and Vercel to host this site. They process your information on our behalf. We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
As long as we have a reason to, such as an ongoing conversation or a working relationship. Ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails. Email info@launchpad-leadership.com and we'll take care of it.
