How we work

Diagnose. Train. Make it stick.

We start with a conversation, build the training around what we find, and stay until the new habits hold.

STEP 01

Diagnose

It starts with a conversation, not a 50-page survey. Lisa talks with you and your leaders about what's actually going on, then tells you what she sees.

When it helps, she adds a light tool to see how your people work together:

  • A DiSC profile, so everyone sees how they and their colleagues communicate.
  • The Leadership Game, an assessment that feels like a game. People relax and show how they really lead.
STEP 02

Train

Live workshops, in person when we can. Your executive team goes first, so your managers see the new habits modeled from the top before they're asked to use them.

Short on time? We build a shorter version. Start small with one module, then add more once you see it working.

STEP 03

Make it stick

This is the part most training skips, and it's why most training fades. It's built into every program, and we agree on it before the workshop, not after.

  • One-page manager guides, so the workshop turns into what people do on Monday.
  • Communication guides built from your team's DiSC styles.
  • Focused 50s: weekly 50-minute coaching calls, for three months or six.
  • Accountability check-ins, agreed up front with dates on the calendar.
  • An executive overview for you, so you see progress without sitting in every session.

How Lisa opens every session

It's not about what you know. It's what you do with what you know.

How you'll know it's working

You won't need a dashboard to see it. You'll hear it.

People use the language without being asked

Managers talk about trust, styles and feedback in ordinary meetings, not just in the training room.

Managers coach instead of telling

They ask questions, catch people doing it right, and redirect early instead of waiting for a blowup.

Fewer problems land on your desk

Your leaders handle the hard conversations themselves, so you can get back to running the business.

Is this a fit?

Lisa only takes on companies where she can make a difference. Here's how to tell.

A good fit

  • You're growing, and you know your leaders need help, even if you're not sure where to start.
  • Your managers were promoted for doing the job well, not for leading people.
  • Your owner and executive team will go through it first.
  • You'll make time for the follow-through, not just the workshop.

Probably not a fit

  • You want one inspiring day and nothing after it.
  • Leadership training is for everyone except the leaders.
  • You need a large RFP process or a 25-part program on day one.

What it costs to wait

When managers haven't been taught to lead, you pay for it every week. Add it up for one week.

That's only your time. It doesn't count the good people who leave or the complaint that ends up on file.

We stand behind it

If it isn't working, we'll find out why.

Your executive team goes through the training first, and we plan the follow-through together. If you follow the plan and aren't seeing results, Lisa will do a free diagnostic assessment and give you feedback on where we missed the mark and how to fix it.

Start with fifteen minutes.

Tell Lisa what's going on with your team. She'll tell you honestly whether she can help, and where she'd start.
